Note:

Camp field trips are every Wednesday & Friday. Wednesday trips MUST be paid in advance on Monday or Tuesday before the trip CASH ONLY. If you do not pay in advance, we cannot guarantee your child will come on the trip. We use Brevard County School busses and bus drivers for all our transportation needs. An email will be sent with field trips the week before camp begins as we are still in the planning process for our trips. Friday trips are included with camp.
• Wednesday and Friday campers MUST wear camp T-shirt. 1 free shirt is given to campers on our first field trip. Additional shirts are available for $8.
• Everyone goes on field trips no one stays behind. If your child does not want to come on the trip they will need to stay at home.

• Fridays drop off is at the pool pavilion (4800 Tom Warriner Blvd, Cocoa Beach). We swim from 9:30am -11am, eat lunch then go roller skating. Please bring sunscreen, bathing suit (if not wearing one to camp), change of clothes, SOCKS and camp t-shirt. Friday pickup is at 4:00pm at the country club (golf course area). If your child leaves camp at 2pm daily, they can come roller skating with us. If they do not want to roller skate they must be checked out by 11:30am at the pool pavilion.

• Swim test must be completed by every child. If your child does not pass the swim test they will be provided with a lifejacket. This test is conducted by a certified lifeguard.
• Please send your camper with a lunch, labeled water bottle, and closed toed shoes daily. Microwave and fridge are not available.

• Lice checks are done every morning. Long hair must be up in a ponytail, braid etc.

• 2pm – 4pm activities will begin on Monday, June 3rd. For these activities we use Brevard County School busses to transport us to the skatepark, tennis courts, and swimming pool. If you child leaves at 2pm they will stay at the Rec Center. The bus drops campers back off at the Rec Center at 4pm. Please make sure your child has what they need for the 2pm – 4pm activity they choose. For example, if they are going to the skatepark please make sure they bring their helmet and skateboard with them. If they are going to open swim please have towel, suit, and sunscreen for the pool.

• All medicine must be stored away by staff with medical forms completed. Please email carolyn.potter@cityofcocoabeach.com if you need a medical form.

• Label your child’s name on EVERYTHING.
